Evolve Staffing Ltd. is seeking an exceptional Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) for a Full Time, ongoing vacancy in Ely. Working within the Adult SLT Team, you will provide vital clinical support to adults with a range of acquired communication and swallowing needs.

Detailed Duties: This role requires a clinician who is comfortable working across multiple settings to deliver:

– Assessment and treatment for patients with neurological disorders, dementia, and stroke.
– Specialist care for voice difficulties and patients with respiratory conditions.
– Management of dysphagia (swallowing difficulties), including cases of unknown origin.
– Strategic support to clear patient waiting lists and improve service efficiency in Ely.

Collaboration & Leadership:

– You will work closely with the wider healthcare team, providing home visits and attending community hospitals and care homes
– A key part of the Band 6 role is leadership, including delegating tasks to clinical assistants and mentoring newly qualified therapists

Requirements:

– Current HCPC Registration.
– Extensive knowledge of Adult Speech and Language Therapy and Dysphagia.
– Satisfactory DBS check.
