Evolve Staffing Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 7 Sonographer for a prestigious placement within the Ultrasound Department in Lewisham. This is a full-time locum position starting in mid-April, offering a stable three-month contract for a practitioner looking to utilize their expertise in a fast-paced clinical environment.

As a Medical Ultrasound Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services, ensuring patient safety and clinical accuracy across a diverse caseload.

Clinical Skill Set & Requirements

We are looking for a versatile professional capable of covering a comprehensive range of scans:

– Obstetric Ultrasound: Conducting routine screening, anomaly scans, and growth monitoring.
– Non-Obstetric Ultrasound: Performing General Abdominal, Gynaecological, and Small Parts imaging.
– Reporting: Providing clear, concise, and accurate diagnostic reports independently.
– Equipment: Proficiency with modern diagnostic medical sonography equipment.

Qualifications & Compliance

– HCPC Registration: Must be currently registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
– Specialist Qualification: CASE-accredited Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip) or Certificate in Medical Ultrasound.
– Experience: Proven experience working at Band 7 level within the NHS or private UK healthcare sector.
– Compliance: Valid Right to Work in the UK, enhanced DBS on the update service, and up-to-date mandatory training.
