Evolve Staffing Ltd. is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) specializing in Renal Dialysis to join our premier clinical workforce. This is a vital role supporting essential healthcare infrastructure within the West Midlands and Staffordshire region. We are looking for a practitioner who demonstrates clinical excellence, a patient-centric approach, and the technical proficiency required to manage complex haemodialysis treatments within a fast-paced NHS environment.
Clinical Specifications & Technical Requirements To maintain the highest standards of patient safety and treatment efficacy, candidates must possess demonstrable experience and recent training on specific renal technology.
It is a mandatory requirement for applicants to be proficient in the operation of:
- – Fresenius 5008
- – Fresenius 6008
Successful candidates will be responsible for the initiation, monitoring, and termination of dialysis treatments, ensuring all protocols regarding fluid management, vascular access, and anticoagulation are strictly adhered to in accordance with national renal standards.
Proposed Shift Pattern & Deployment We are facilitating a robust schedule across two key sites to ensure continuity of care. The anticipated weekly rotation is structured as follows:
- – Stafford (NHS Hospital – Renal Unit): Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
- – Stoke-on-Trent (Haemodialysis Unit): Wednesday and Friday.
This structured 5-day rotation offers a consistent and predictable working week for the right professional. Please note that immediate availability is paramount, as the successful candidate will be expected to commence clinical duties from the beginning of next week.
Candidate Profile
- – Valid NMC Registration (Registered General Nurse).
- – Substantial experience within a Renal or Haemodialysis setting.
- – Certified competency in using Fresenius 5008/6008 machinery.
- – Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- – Right to Work in the UK.
