Registered Nurse (GZW012)
Evolve Staffing Ltd is currently looking for a dedicated Band 5 Registered Nurse (RGN) for a Full-Time Equivalent (WTE) community placement in Bridgnorth. This is an ongoing contract with an immediate start, offering stability and competitive rates within the Shropshire healthcare network.
This role is perfect for a Community Staff Nurse who thrives on autonomy and delivering high-quality, person-centered care directly to patients in a community setting.
Working Hours
We offer flexible shift patterns over a 7-day week to support your work-life balance:
- – Long Days: 08:00 – 18:00
- – Early/Mid Shifts: 08:00 – 16:30
Essential Clinical Skill Set
Candidates must be fully competent in the following District Nursing duties:
- – Wound Management: Mastery of both simple and complex wound care, including compression bandaging.
- – Medication Management: Proficient in administration, including various injections.
- – End of Life Care: Compassionate palliative support, including the management of syringe pumps and stat doses.
- – Catheterisation: Skilled in Male, Female, and Suprapubic catheterisation.
- – Bowel Care: Experience in DRE (Digital Rectal Examination) and DRF (Digital Removal of Faeces).
- – Community Experience: Previous experience working within an NHS or private community nursing team is essential.
Requirements & Qualifications
- – NMC Registration: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RNA/RGN) pin.
- – Clinical Expertise: Evidence of the specific community skills listed above.
- – Transport: A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is required for travel within the Bridgnorth area.
- – Compliance: Valid Right to Work in the UK and a current Enhanced DBS check.
