Registered Nurse (GZW002)
Evolve Staffing Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our clinical team for a placement in Whitchurch. Whether you are an experienced Staff Nurse or looking for a new challenge in Healthcare Nursing, this role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care within a supportive and professional environment.
As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents and patients in the Whitchurch area.
Key Responsibilities
- – Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to patients in line with NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) standards.
- – Administer medications, manage wound care, and monitor vital signs.
- – Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- – Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure CQC (Care Quality Commission) compliance.
- – Supervise junior staff and healthcare assistants to ensure a safe clinical environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- – Valid NMC Pin: Must be a Registered Adult Nurse with a current, unrestricted registration.
- – Experience: Previous experience in acute care, elderly care, or community nursing is highly desirable.
- – Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- – Compliance: Must have the right to work in the UK and undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
- – Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and colleagues.
