Physiotherapist (GZW027)
Are you a dedicated Physiotherapist looking to advance your clinical career in a supportive and dynamic environment? Evolve Staffing Ltd is seeking a Senior Musculoskeletal MSK Physiotherapist (Band 6) to join a multidisciplinary team in Kingston and Richmond community.
In this role, you will provide high-quality care within Musculoskeletal MSK Services, working as an autonomous practitioner while receiving guidance and peer review from senior clinical leads.
Key Responsibilities
- – Advanced Assessment: Perform comprehensive assessments for patients with complex physical and psychological conditions.
- – Clinical Diagnosis & Treatment: Provide accurate diagnoses and develop individualised treatment programmes using evidence-based modalities such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and acupuncture.
- – Caseload Management: Take responsibility for your own clinical caseload, including triaging referrals from GPs and Consultants.
- – Leadership & Development: Supervise and teach junior staff, physiotherapy students, and assistants to support the growth of the team.
- – Collaborative Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including GPs and secondary care professionals, to plan and deliver integrated patient care.
Requirements
- – Professional Registration: Must be registered with the Health Professionals Council (HPC) and comply with Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) standards.
- – Clinical Expertise: Proven experience in using advanced clinical reasoning skills and manual assessment techniques.
- – Communication: Exceptional skills in negotiation and partnership-building with patients, families, and carers.
